Trivia Night

We will be hosting a trivia night on Saturday 9 September in the school hall. The night is going to be a load of fun with Wes from Venue Events as host. Wes also runs the weekly trivia at Casey Jones which is always a great hit so we can’t wait to bring you a fun filled evening. 

There will be lots of prizes including from Bunnings, Bike Culture and Hair by Jaime. 

BYO drinks and nibbles so dig out those wine coolers and grazing platters!

Mango Fundraiser

If you love mangoes, here’s your chance to indulge in fresh juicy Kensington Pride mangoes and support our fundraising drive. We are selling trays of mangoes picked and packed during the premium harvest. 

Each tray will weigh approx 7kg and will have between 14 - 23 mangoes.    

Cost per tray is: $25.00

Keep an eye on our social media as we will announce how to 

place orders soon. We are looking into an electronic ordering system, 

rather than cash and paper order forms. 

Fathers Day Stall

On Wednesday 30th August the P&C will set up a Fathers Day stall outside the library at recess. All items are under $5 and include BBQ aprons, gardening tool kit,  tech items and much more. Cash only. 

Lost Property

All labelled lost property is returned to classrooms weekly. Unlabeled and unclaimed school uniforms will be donated to the Secondhand School Uniform Shop in weeks 5 and 10. 

Secondhand School Uniform Shop

The Secondhand Uniform shop is open every Wednesday from 9am - 10am. Pop by the canteen and ask for Kat. Items are $1 - $5 and card or cash payments are accepted. Follow us on Facebook for regular updates. 

We currently have excess jumpers in sizes 7-10 for $3 each. Lots of hats too - stock up for summer!

We happily accept donations of secondhand uniforms in good condition. We cannot accept clothing that is marked, discoloured, broken buttons/zips, or items that are not Ngunnawal colours.

Sustainable Uniforms

The P&C have been looking into stocking sustainable hemp school uniforms and we finally have some for you to try on. 

Available to try on are sizes 3 - 16, all with Ngunnawal logo. 

We also have very limited stock on hand to sell for $32.95. 

Come and see Kat on Wednesday between 9am - 10am at the canteen. 

Bookclub

Issue 5 orders have been delivered to the teachers. If you haven’t received your order, please follow up with the relevant teacher first as there were lots of bulky items so it may take a little longer to get out. 

You should receive Issue 6 catalogues this week.  Closing date for orders is Friday 8 September.

The Bookclub is running low on volunteers. If you are able to spare a little time, we would love to have you on board. Does stamping catalogues or sorting orders sound like you?  You can do some of this from your own home too - winning!

Remember: Canteen orders need to be in by 9:30 am each day.
