P and C News
Let’s put a face to the name!
Check out the next newsletter where you’ll meet our wonderful canteen and Secondhand Uniform Shop staff and volunteers.
The P&C are always looking for volunteers and people to fill other roles. If you’d like to be involved, please get in touch.
The next P&C meeting is on Monday 27 March at 6pm in the school staffroom. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Book Club
Issue 2 is available and has a due date of Thursday 23rd March.
The Book Club program allows the P&C to contribute 100’s of books to the school library every year.
Secondhand School Uniform Shop
This week the Secondhand Uniform shop is open on Wednesday from 9am - 10am. Pop by the canteen and ask for Kat. Items are $1 - $5 and card or cash payments are accepted. Follow us on Facebook for regular updates.
We happily accept donations of secondhand uniforms in good condition. We cannot accept clothing that is marked, discoloured, broken buttons/zips, or items that are not Ngunnawal colours.

Use the flexischools app to check the menu and order your lunch orders.
Remember: Wednesday is Sushi day. Orders must be submitted by Monday 3pm.
Dry Goods Drive
The Dry Goods Drive is well underway with lots of items being donated. A big thank you to everyone who has contributed so far.
As of Friday March 10, the talley board is *drum roll*
KTM - 10 points
5GH - 13 points
4MO - 20 points
KLP - 36 points
1NI - 48 points
3BG - 93 points
And the class in first place at the moment with a whopping 465 points is 1AS!
The class that comes in second will also receive a prize this year - class icy poles!
It’s not too late, donations close this Friday.
The Dry Goods Drive helps replenish some canteen items which in turn helps the P&C keep prices affordable. The school canteen is a not-for-profit service funded by the P&C.
Gungahlin Bunnings BBQ
On Sunday 26 March, Bunnings Gungahlin will have the best sausage sandwiches in town. The P&C will be hosting their first fundraising activity of the year. Please pop by and grab yourself a sausage sandwich and help raise funds for the School.
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help. We still have some spots that need filling. If you are able to spare an hour to help cook a snag, please get in touch.
