Rainbow Kids Yoga is a fun, interactive class that incorporates music, movement, storytelling, and props to co-create an experience that blends in the benefits of yoga. It teaches children about the world, their minds, their emotions and their bodies. It also includes relaxation and meditation after all the fun!
Our wonderful instructor, Elise, has a wealth of wisdom and experience from delivering kids wellness programs here in Australia and in China and Uganda.
What we have to offer:
Family Yoga class: 2pm, Sunday 18th Sept, $13 per person
Kids Yoga Holiday Classes : 3.45pm on Tue 27th Sept & 4th Oct, $15 per child
Kids Rainbow Yoga 10 Week Term 4 : starts on Tue 11th Oct at 3.45pm, $129 per child
