Positive Behaviours for Learning
Fortnightly Focus
This fortnight we are continuing to focus on Listening and following instructions, specifically in the classroom. Teachers will be looking for students who are showing they are ready for learning, listening as adults and peers are speaking and taking action on requests or instructions in a timely manner.
Whole School Reward
We edge closer to our whole school reward of YES Afternoon. At our last count we were at 74 803 Yunggi Bengals. This remarkable total shows just how many students are demonstrating PBL values in the classroom and on the playground. Unfortunately our system has been out of action this past fortnight, but teachers have been keeping Yunggi Bengal tallies which they will enter this week. We will update our total soon and look forward to seeing just how close we are to our Whole School Target and our Yes afternoon. We are also excited for more Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.
